smooth stay

excellent room nice biscuits superb bathroom ample storage
the room was excellent. it included nespresso coffee machine and tea, along with nice biscuits. a fridge was available , which i used for fresh milk, and a large water bottle was replenished daily. the bathroom was superb with a separate large shower cubicle and bath. ample storage space. complimentary toiletries added to the experience.
the gym and fitness centre felt small with only one weights bench. if more than four people are present, it is difficult to move around or get on any machine. it is a very specific problem , however.

the staff were professional, polite and cute . they were easily reached by a short walk from the station and not far from the christmas market. this.

the location is great to explore, and everything is within 10 minutes walking distance. being so central made it easy to see many sites quickly. it was convenient and saved time .

great location helpful staff high standard breakfast service drain smell no action
the location was great for getting around. everything seemed within a reasonable walking distance. the staff were helpful. the room was clean and maintained to a high standard.
the breakfast service was a real letdown. i sat for over an hour after ordering, but breakfast never came. the shower caused the entire bathroom to smell like drains. i complained before dinner, but nothing changed, so i informed reception again in the morning.

great lighting well-equipped bath ample space
I stayed in a superior king room. the room had great lighting in both the main area and the corridors. i also appreciated the large, well-equipped bath. There was plenty of hot water. the closets and drawers provided ample space.
the bed was ok (nothing special, really).

the reception staff provided a friendly welcome (very appreciated after a long journey). my room had a great view. the hotel's location made it easy to explore local attractions.
